Golf Bulletin

Stableford 2 on Saturday 22nd February was another competition played in the poor weather we've had this month. Eric Berge had the best score with 34 points on the Eden course.

In the Winter Leagues, The Scratch team won 3-1 at Ladybank on Sunday while the Handicap team lost at Charleton meaning that Charleton win that league - well done to them. Our team can still finish runners-up and we wish them the best for their last two games.

Competition Entries
There are spaces available in the Greensome Pairs on Sunday 1st March on the Eden course, please contact the office today if you would like to play in this.

Entries are also currently open for Stableford 3 on Thursday 5th March on the Strathtyrum course, the Texas Scramble on Sunday 8th March and Medal 6 on Thursday 12th March on the New course. Team matches against St Andrews University on Friday 13th March and St Regulus Ladies Golf Club on Thursday 19th March are also currently taking names.

Also, entry forms for the Local Clubs' Men's Gold Medal competition on Sunday 17th May are available beside our notice-boards.

St Andrews Links Trust
The St Andrews Links Trust are changing the colours of the tees on their courses to try to encourage play from different tees as appropriate for both men & women. White, yellow & red will become black, blue & green from the start of March on the Old, New, Jubilee & Castle courses while the Eden & Strathtyrum will change on 23rd March. The Jubilee Bronze Course tees will remain.
