FORMAT

• Non-qualifying, mixed fourball, better ball, Stableford format
• 90% of the course handicap stroke allowance
• Maximum allowable handicaps are 28.4 for men and 36.4 for ladies
• To be played:
  • on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays between 1 November and 2 March (or any day between Monday 23 December and Thursday 2 January)
  • on the New, Eden and Jubilee Bronze courses
• Three best cards, one from each course, to count.  Players may play as many times as they wish on the permitted days and only the best rounds will count
  • Teams to book their own tee times and arrange play with other couples from the published player list
  • Please note that only scores from rounds played with fellow Snowman Trophy competitors can count towards the competition.

 ELIGIBILITY

• All Ordinary, Life and Junior Members, accompanied by a lady partner of their choice.  Partner does not have to be a member of a local club but must hold an official handicap.
• This competition is TCT eligible.  For players without a Links Ticket/TCT, usual green fees apply. 

 ENTRY PROCEDURE

• If entering before Wednesday 30 October (9:00am)
  • Enter your own name and your partner’s name online via the club app, website, or the touch-screen computer in the clubhouse (you will need to enter your partner’s CDH number)
• If entering after Wednesday 30 October
  • Enter by emailing admin@thenewgc.com, including partner’s name, handicap and CDH number
• £5 (per team) entry fee will be debited from entrants’ club swipe card at time of competition entry; please ensure sufficient funds are in place

• No draw will be made; a list of players and contact details will be published on Wednesday 30 October
• Entries will be accepted after this date, but no cards will be counted until the entry fee is paid
